To ensure an accurate color assessment, please arrive with a bare face on the day (no base makeup or colored contact lenses).
Skeletal Diagnosis
We recommend wearing form-fitting undergarments or lightweight clothing so the consultant can accurately observe your body line.
Medical Procedure Pre-consultation
Please inform the doctor in advance if you have any drug allergies, specific medical history, or have recently undergone other treatments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
No refunds will be provided for voluntarily skipping any part of the trip.
If canceled between 14 and 7 days before the selected activity date, a 50% refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided starting from 6 days before the activity.
